Frugal Weight Watchers Menu Plans

Our meal plan this week is filled with lots of hearty meals.  I’m just in that mood lately.  I love that with Weight Watchers you can still eat what you want (like the skewers below) you just add in other lighter choices for the rest of the day  (or grab a ton of “free point” items like veges and fruit).
