Weight Watchers Meal Plan

Sometimes with budget menu planning, you cook what the ads are telling you to cook. Nearly every store in the South East has pork roasts, taters, onions, corn and peaches on sale so I’ve incorporated those into the healthy meal ideas this week.

July 4th is also a big week for meat sales in general so hopefully you are stocking up!
